I needed a pet friendly accommodation. First impression was great, the staff at the reception was very friendly. Got a ground level apartment. Really impressed with the cleaness. My pet where hidden under the bed and have to move the bed to take her out of it, I though it will be dusty as it is an area no one see, but even under the bed, the floor was spotless. Price was affordable, location was fantastic, close to Aldi and several dinning places. Included breakfast. Bed was comfortable and no noise people or parties at night, so I will definitely will be staying here now, every single time I have to travel through Rocky.

Excellent location and easy to find with very friendly and accommodating staff. After originally being placed in a top floor room (which our elderly bulldog would have had terrible trouble getting to), the lovely receptionist did everything she could to move us to a ground floor room which was excellent as they were booked out, and we really appreciated it. Nice big rooms with very comfy beds. The bathroom was in need of renovating but was still fine. There seemed to be a few people staying with their pets but we didn't hear any of them. All in all, a very comfortable stay.

We stayed here 3yrs ago and enjoyed our stay both times. Free use of laundry facilities, free breakfast, free portable cot for our baby. Massive family room on the ground floor with free parking. Very affordable stay and friendly staff. We even had to drive back as we left a pillow in the room and reception had it put aside for us

Location was excellent for travelling through Rockhampton. Room was comfortable and clean, and allowed us to have our old dog in the room. Continental breakfast (cereal, bread for toast, milk etc) was provided to have in your room which was very convenient. Free access to washing machine and dryer is a bonus.

We travelled through extremely heavy rain 2 cars, trailer and 2 dogs we were both very tired. On arrival your staff were wonderful, had parking ready for our trailer and cars. We couldnt fault you all being pet friendly is an extra bonus. Thanks so much, have recommended you to our friends and family.
